2. Purposes of processing

3. Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing your data is the management of a request submitted by you. The legitimacy of commercial communications in relation to our products and services is based on the consent we have requested from you for these purposes.
All requested data is mandatory; if you do not provide it,
PilatesHouse will not be able to process your request.
The refusal and/or revocation of consent for advertising mailings will in no case condition the management of your request, provided that you have given us your consent for the processing of said request.
4. Data retention periods/criteria
Your personal data will be retained while your query/request is processed, and for the purpose of sending advertising, as long as consent for it is not revoked. In the latter case, the data will be deleted, understanding deletion as blocking of the data. In this sense, the blocked data will remain exclusively at the disposal of the court, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or other competent Public Administrations, particularly data protection authorities, for the purpose of demanding possible responsibilities arising from the processing and for the duration of their prescription period.
